On 01.01.2008 Analitica De Mori and Analytical Control decided to merge their activities into a new company, ANALYTICAL CONTROL DE MORI, to face the challenges of the Italian market with a more effective organization, with full territory coverage and professional services. The initiative aims at integrating the former sales programs to create a new entity that exploits the many synergies of the two organizations, which have been present for many years on the Italian market with international brands of absolute importance.
Analytical Control De Mori’s majority shareholding belongs to A. De Mori group, which since 1946 has been distributing scientific instruments manufactured by Radiometer Copenhagen.
